£40,000 – £45,000 + Car / Fuel Card + Overtime 1.5x + Training + Local Patch + Benefits
Do you have Service Management experience from a Plant or similar background looking to join one of the UK’s leading dealerships in a local role with a clear training and progression plan?

The company is a multi‑million pound access equipment dealership with a number of modern depot / offices throughout the UK. It continues to dominate the market and invest in its staff.
This is a varied Monday‑Friday day‑based role responsible for a local patch. You will be primarily off the tools managing a team of Service Engineers working on Forklift, Plant and Material Handling Equipment.
Responsibilities
- Work off tools with Material Handling Equipment
- Monday–Friday hybrid role (local depot)
- Oversee a small team of Engineers
Qualifications
- Experience with Plant, Forklift, Material Handling Equipment
- Management, Supervisory, or Team Leader experience
- Local to area
