ASSOCIATE PROJECT MANAGER

An exciting role in a large firm of construction consultants.

Responsibilities

Work on CAT B office fit-out projects, manage client relationships, coordinate with less senior project managers, and support project execution from inception to completion.

Qualifications

• Degree or MSc in a building construction subject (e.g., Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Construction Project Management).
• Experience with CAT B office fit-outs for large offices.
• Excellent written and spoken English and confidence in dealing with people at all levels.
• Stable work record with firms of construction consultants.
• Optional: Chartered with the RICS, CIOB or similar.
• Good understanding of the building process.
