We’re looking for a Transformation Manager to join our Transformation team!
The Transformation Manager plays a key independent role within the Transformation team, supporting a portfolio of transformation programmes to move from good intent to confident delivery. This is a hands‑on position suited to an individual who brings structure, pace, and constructive challenge, enabling teams to translate ambition into clear plans, measurable outcomes, and practical delivery actions.
Working across multiple programmes and in close collaboration with stakeholders across the business, the Transformation Manager supports teams in building defined milestones, governance frameworks, RAID controls, delivery routines, success measures, and value cases. The role strengthens consistency, visibility, and momentum across the portfolio, ensuring that activity is aligned with wider transformation initiatives and programmes, while enabling business teams to take ownership and deliver change through the right balance of support, challenge, and practical guidance.
This role is based out of our Warwick office; we’d hope to see you at least 2 days per week, but you’re welcome to be in the office more often if that would work best for you. We’re happy to discuss any additional flexibility in working patterns or requirements that you feel could help to make this job work for you!
What You’ll Do

- Bring structure, pace and energy to complex work by building strong milestones, delivery routines, governance, RAID controls, and action tracking.
- Provide constructive challenge and practical support to help programme teams stay focused, unblock issues and keep delivery moving.
- Connect activity across the portfolio, spotting dependencies, gaps and opportunities to align plans, avoid duplication and strengthen joined‑up delivery.
- Help define the outcomes that matter, including benefits, value cases, success measures and KPIs that show real progress and impact.
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across the business, influencing, coaching and collaborating to create shared ownership of change.
- Create clear insight and compelling delivery narratives so leaders can make informed decisions and teams can see how their work contributes to wider transformation priorities.
What You’ll Have
- Relevant experience in project management, transformation, change delivery, business improvement or portfolio support.
- Strong planning, organisation, stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple programmes and business teams.
- Experience of supporting transformation, change or complex delivery programmes in a business environment.
- Strong project management capability, including planning, milestone management, action tracking, dependency management and RAID controls.
- Ability to work across multiple programmes with varying levels of maturity and bring structure, clarity and consistency.
- A proactive self‑starter who can identify where value can be added, structure the work needed and drive progress independently.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to break down complex problems, understand root causes and translate them into tangible actions.
- Confident stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, challenge and support business teams constructively and build trusted working relationships.
- Understanding of portfolio delivery principles, programme governance and the importance of critical path and dependency visibility.
- Ability to connect programme activity with wider transformation priorities, identifying opportunities to align plans, share insight and avoid duplication across related initiatives.
- Ability to translate complex delivery information into clear, concise updates, insight and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Experience of operating in a regulated, operational or infrastructure environment would be beneficial.
