Project Manager

Our client is an established management company recruiting for a Client Side Project Manager. They provide full property life cycle services including construction and development, project management, funding, acquisitions, litigation and accounting.

Your Skills/Experience should include:

• Construction of Residential and Commercial Mixed Use Schemes.
• Strong site and construction experience
• Project Management and/or Quantity Surveying
• Knowledge of Design and Procurement
• Good Excel, Word.

Your Duties/Responsibilities will be:

• Compiling tenders
• Liaise with key stakeholders
• Manage design team
• Delivering financial and project reports
• Issuing instructions and contractual correspondence
