We are seeking an experienced Works Manager, with a proven background in earthworks and highways, to lead workforce and subcontractors, manage site operations, drive project delivery and maintain the highest standards for health, safety and environment.
- Demonstratedsuccess in a Works Manager or General Foreman role within the civilengineering sector, specifically focusing on earthworks and highways.
- Extensive,hands-on background in bulk earthworks and road construction.
- Strongunderstanding of heavy plant operations.
- Exceptionalleadership skills with a track record of coordinating with stakeholders,clients, and local authorities.
- Abilityto interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Knowledgeof regulations relating to the storage, transport, disposal and of soilsand other construction waste.
- Skills Card – CSCS Card.
