Site Facilities Manager – Bedford

Salary: GBP36,000–GBP40,000Location: BedfordType of Contract: PermanentHours: 37 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Oversee day–to–day operations of the site ensuring cleanliness and safety
• Opening and closing duties
• Manage and supervise a team providing guidance, support and performance reviews
• Conduct regular inspections
• Manage and oversee a variety of maintenance contracts
• Vehicle management
• Manage operational systems
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Act as the main point of contact for any facility–related issues

Qualifications

• Previous experience in facilities management, site supervision, or a related field
• Be confident in use of IT and management systems
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices
• Experience with new operating systems and facility management software
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Strong understanding of COSHH and water hygiene
