AUTISM WEST MIDLANDS is looking for a Learning Disability Specialist Key Worker to provide support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs. The role involves coordinating care and preventing avoidable hospital admissions, all within a small supportive team.

Applicants must hold a relevant qualification, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have experience working with adults who have complex needs. In return, the role offers a salary of £30,000 per annum, up to 33 days annual leave, specialist training, and a supportive management team.
