Job Overview
I am looking to speak with Production/Operations/Manufacturing Shift Managers. An experienced, safe pair of hands is vital for this position, the ability to operate independently will be needed. We are currently working with a multi-site, reputable food manufacturer who are looking for a Production Shift Manager to join the team on a rotating days and nights shift pattern.
Responsibilities
- Driving a safety culture
- Implementing quality procedures
- Upskilling and development of the team
- Building a collaborative environment across all departments
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years experience operating at Shift Manager level
- Experienced integrating into new environments/cultures
- Ability to run a shift and large areas independently and effectively, keeping safety, quality and performance at the centre of success
