Pets at Home is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to shape customer-first communications. You will lead the planning and orchestration of CRM communications, ensuring relevance and timing.
This role offers a hybrid working model with 2 office days a week in Handforth, Cheshire. Your responsibilities will include overseeing CRM activity across Retail, Grooming, Vets, and Insurance, as well as managing stakeholder priorities.
