Role Overview
The Home Improvement Team Leader will oversee the delivery of our planned and cyclical home improvement programmes, ensuring they meet the standards set by the Regulator of Social Housing. The council manages approximately 4,100 tenanted homes across the district.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of planned and cyclical home improvement programmes, ensuring they meet standards set by the regulator.
- Develop and deliver effective capital work programmes.
Qualifications
- Hold an HNC in Construction or equivalent qualification, or proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong contract management capabilities and recent experience in a comparable role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience leading and supporting a busy team.
Salary & Benefits
- 36.25 hrs per week with an annual salary starting at £41,771 (pay band £41,771 to £46,142)
