The successful candidate will be the go‑to expert on all things influence, guiding strategic creator selection, campaign ideation, briefing, relationship management and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance & Insights – Measure and report on influencer campaign performance, surfacing insights that inform future strategy. Develop broader POVs on influencer trends, platform changes and creator economy shifts.
  • Collaboration – Work closely with social strategists, content creators, paid social teams and the wider agency to ensure influencer activity is integrated, amplified and aligned with the broader social and marketing plan.

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Be an excellent communicator and presenter, able to articulate the ‘why’ behind creator choices and strategic recommendations.
  • Be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Be passionate about what’s next in the creator economy, staying ahead of trends and platform evolution.
  • Be organised and detail‑oriented, with the ability to manage contracts, timelines, and approvals across multiple workstreams.
