About the role
We are looking for people who are passionate about care and want to support older people to live well in later life. This role is for a Health Care Assistant based in Malvern, working within our residential and nursing care homes that specialise in dementia care.
No prior experience is needed – all training will be provided. Bring a passion for care, a willingness to learn, and the ability to support residents in maintaining their independence, choice and dignity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver person‑centred care that is tailored to each resident’s needs.
- Monitor, record and administer care records.
- Assist with mobility and personal care activities.
- Provide companionship and support to residents.
- Work flexible shift patterns, including evenings, weekends and unsociable hours.
