£13.56 per hour + enhancements

Casual contract – Days and Nights, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities

As a Care Support Worker you will:

• Assist with personal care and support tasks, enabling service users to make informed choices and promoting independence and dignity in line with their person‑centred care plans.
• Build strong relationships with colleagues and service users, participating in wellbeing events and activities and helping to promote a safe and engaging environment.
• Respond to call bells and emergencies in a timely manner and communicate with other medical professionals and community stakeholders as required.
