Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Adult’s Social Worker to join its client’s Mental Health team, based in Trowbridge, Wiltshire. You’ll undertake assessments, coordinate care, and support adults across community and hospital settings, promoting recovery, independence and positive outcomes through person‑centred practice.

Qualifications and Experience
- Social Work England registration
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Post‑qualified experience
- Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
