Community Development & Impact Specialist

East Renfrewshire Council is seeking two highly motivated Community Workers to support community participation and develop self-sustaining groups. You will play a key role in empowering residents and fostering strong, connected communities.

The ideal candidates should have professional qualifications in Community Learning and Development and experience working with diverse communities. Responsibilities include planning effective programs and building community resilience. This is a regulated position under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Act.
