Qualified Pharmacy Assistant – Ulverston (Job Ref: 11763)

We are looking to recruit a 38-hour Qualified Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at branch 512 located at Stanley Street, Ulverston, LA12 7BS.

Shift Pattern

• Monday 09:00–18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
• Tuesday 09:00–18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
• Wednesday 09:00–18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
• Thursday 09:00–16:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
• Friday 09:00–18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)

Responsibilities

• Assist the business in providing an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers.
• Support dispensing and labelling of prescription items.
• Receive prescriptions, hand out prescription items, and assist with ordering and managing stock levels within the dispensary.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services is essential.
• Strong planning skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent people skills and teamwork.
