A creative and inclusive Primary School in Hillingdon is looking for a confident, ambitious and outgoing Autism Support Assistant – Unqualified to provide support for pupils with various Special Educational Needs.

This outstanding school believes that everything can be done in a children’s educational setting, and is looking for confident and compassionate candidates to join the team, supporting children with autism.

Position: Full‑time, term‑time only; ASAP start; based in Hillingdon; salary £105 – £125 per day.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside specialist teachers, therapists, and inclusion staff.
• Help manage the classroom environment.
• Create exciting activities and deliver tailored programmes to pupils using the extensive equipment at the school.
• Use creativity and imagination to excite pupils.
• Provide high‑quality CPD and collaborate with a strong inclusion team.
• Support pupils with Special Educational Needs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate or aspiring professional (psychologist, teacher, therapist).
• Passion for education and creating an inspirational environment for all pupils to flourish.
• Previous experience working with children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and confident to use innovation to create fun and exciting activities.
