Arden White Aerospace and Defence Recruitment are currently with a leading defence manufacturer.

Responsibilities

• Final assembly of vehicles and sub-assemblies
• Problem‑solving, fault‑finding, and rectification work
• Working from engineering drawings and standard operating instructions
• Diagnosing mechanical issues, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, proposing a course of action, and rectifying where relevant
• The use of diagnostic software systems to complete the initial installation of software and diagnose/repair any issues
• Ordering parts and equipment as necessary to fulfill job requirements

Person Specification

• Must have previous coach building or vehicle building experience
• Must be able to interpret and work from engineering drawings
• Experience working on military vehicles would be advantageous but not essential
