Key elements of your Role

• Manage a team of waiter/waitress and make sure everyone is working as a team to provide expected level of service and efficiency
• Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to ensure every guest has an unforgettable dining experience
• Ensure quick, friendly and professional service at all times
• Share your knowledge of our South American inspired dishes and drinks, making thoughtful recommendations
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service and high standards
• Maintain high presentation standards, keeping tables tidy and ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly
• Keep a clean and presentable area, ready for guests at all times
• Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to every shift
• You will be reporting to the Assistant Manager
