Hunters 4 Staff support a well-known trailer manufacturing company in Stoke-on-Trent. We are looking for skilled Paint Sprayers to join their team. This is a great opportunity to secure consistent work with a company that takes pride in quality and workmanship.
The role
You’ll be working as part of a busy production team, preparing and spraying trailers to a high standard. It’s a hands‑on role where attention to detail really matters.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding and masking
- Apply paint using spray guns to achieve a high-quality finish
- Mix and match paint to meet specifications
- Check finished work and carry out touch‑ups where needed
- Keep equipment and work areas clean and well maintained
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a paint sprayer in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Confident working with different paints and finishes
- Strong eye for detail and quality
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team

Working hours
- Days: Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 5:00pm, Friday 7:30am – 12:00pm
- Nights: Monday to Thursday 6:00pm – 6:00am
