Machine Operator In Food Factory

NE European Recruitment is currently recruiting experienced Food Production Machine Operators for a permanent opportunity within a successful food manufacturing company.

Machines Operated

• Formax
• Bowl Chopper
• De Box Scale
• Bagging Machine
• Pallet Transfer Systems

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 5:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
• No weekends
• No Bank Holiday working

Pay Rate

• £13.77 per hour
• £#removed# per annum + benefits and overtime

Employment Type

• Long-term, permanent opportunity.
• Temp-to-Perm option: first 14 weeks employed through NE European Recruitment.
• Permanent contract offered directly by the employer after successful completion of the probationary period.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating food production machinery.
• Experience within a food manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Reliable and hardworking attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Own transport is essential due to the location and early start time.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
• Performing routine machine checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following production schedules and company procedures.
