HR Administrative Support

Location

Newlon House, Hale Village

Contract

4‑month fixed‑term contract, starting as soon as possible – 35 hours per week (full time)

Salary

£34,550 per annum pro rata

Responsibilities

  • Act as the key point of contact for HR queries
  • Ensure recruitment and onboarding processes run seamlessly
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date HR systems
  • Support payroll, benefits and learning activity administration
  • Assist the wider HR team in delivering a reliable, confidential, high‑quality service

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience in HR administration within a generalist HR environment
  • Current CIPD Associate level qualification, or working towards Level 3 CIPD
  • Strong organisational, communication, attention to detail and discretion
  • Confidence using IT systems and quick ability to learn HR databases (e.g. SelectHR)
