Leigh Academies Trust is searching for a dedicated Pastoral Support Officer at Leigh Academy Bearsted to support children and families while promoting academic and personal success. This permanent role requires a commitment to collaboration with staff and external agencies to ensure students receive the necessary support to thrive.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships, coordinating interventions, and empowering students, all while working 37.5 hours a week during term time. A competitive salary of £28,009 per annum is on offer.
