Leaving Care Social Worker — Guide Youth to Independence

Hoop Recruitment LTD is looking for a Social Worker in Swindon to join the Leaving Care Service. The successful candidate will manage a caseload of young people preparing to leave care and will work closely with dedicated Pathway Advisors. A relevant Social Work qualification and registration with either Social Care Wales or Social Work England are essential.
