Disrepair Case Manager: End-to-End Resolution

Southern Housing is looking for a Case Management Officer to join our Contract Services Team based in Sittingbourne. This role involves improving management of Legal Disrepair cases, using communication skills and an investigative approach. You will handle a caseload from the initial Letter of Claim to closure, ensuring compliance and delivering excellent customer service.
