Education IT Technician: Support & Innovation (Travel)

Birmingham Diocesan Multi Academy Trust is currently seeking an IT Technician to join their central IT services team. The role involves providing 1st and 2nd line support mainly in South Birmingham and Solihull. Responsibilities include troubleshooting IT issues, network maintenance, and enhancing digital solutions for learning.

Ideal candidates will have a proactive problem-solving approach, experience with technology support, and knowledge of Office 365 and Windows 10. The position offers 28 days holiday and is based primarily at the BDMAT head office.
