Our friendly team in Cruden Bay Aberdeenshire empowers adults with complex needs to live as independently as possible. As a Support Worker, you’ll help people build life skills, enjoy meaningful activities and feel confident in their own homes. No two days are the same – and there’s always something to look forward to.

You’re someone who is patient, friendly, fun to be around and committed to making a difference. You should feel confident working 1:1 and comfortable supporting people with their everyday routines.
We’d love you to have:
- A full UK manual driving licence (essential for this role)
- A willingness to support with personal care
- Basic cooking and household skills
- Enthusiasm, empathy, reliability and a positive attitude
Working patterns
This is a 24 hour housing support service offering 37 hours (full time) per week. Shifts are allocated via a varied and supportive rota will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, sleepovers, night shifts and public holidays
