About the Service
Longford Court includes four residential homes, Ty Coed, Ty Mawr, Ty Mynydd, and Ty Canol, and one bungalow, Ty Coed Bungalow. Pale Road and Old Road are specialist services that provide 24‑hour residential support for four autistic adults with moderate to complex behavioural needs.
About the Role
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and daily routines.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, eating)
- Encourage activities they enjoy (swimming, hiking, arts & crafts)
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in supporting vulnerable people with a positive attitude
- Experience with autistic people is helpful but not essential
- Personal experience or a passion for helping others is welcome
Hours & Availability
This advert is for a part‑time position: 24 hours per week. It is for weekend shifts only (2 x 12‑hour shifts Saturday and Sunday).
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is preferred.

To protect our autistic adults at the National Autistic Society, all staff are required to have a criminal background check. Possession of an Enhanced DBS Check either on the Update Service or conducted within the last 12 months would be preferable but not essential.
