Job Description
Part‑time, 7 hours per week over two evenings term time, with the possibility of additional hours during holiday periods.
Fixed term for one year from commencement date, with a view to extend should additional funding be secured.
Torfaen Youth Service is looking for a Trainee Youth Support Worker to support the delivery of a range of activities to young people in youth club settings, initially in the Pontypool area and also across Torfaen. The candidate needs to display the ability to build relationships with young people and deliver a range of opportunities alongside them. No formal qualifications are required, as the successful candidate will undertake youth work training.
