YMCA Lincolnshire is looking for a dedicated and passionate Team Leader to support the Youth Services Manager in the development and delivery of a wide and varied youth service offer.
Job Purpose
- To take on day‑to‑day responsibility for ensuring we develop and maintain a strong club and community offering.
- To provide line management support and supervision for members of the core staff team as necessary.
- To support the Youth Services Manager to ensure that our clubs and activities maintain a strong attendance base, meet community needs and sit in line with organisational capacity and requirements.
- To contribute to a positive team culture.
YMCA Lincolnshire is a local charity with a vision to assist in the development of children, young people, families and their local community and to encourage individuals to positively contribute to society. The YMCA is diverse, operating childcare, youth work, housing, community support and work within schools at several sites throughout Lincolnshire, through a dedicated staff team.
