Part-Time Church Operations & Volunteer Coordinator

South West Community Chaplaincy is seeking an organised and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the vibrant community of Bow Church. This role includes coordinating church life, overseeing administration, and helping facilitate events and governance.

Applicants should possess strong organisational and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for supporting others in a church setting. The position offers flexibility in a three-day-per-week role with expected hours of 21 hours per week.

The annual salary ranges from £19,200 to £21,600, with additional requirements for the postholder to be a practising Christian.
