Trauma-Informed Recovery Navigator

Bristol City Council is looking for a dedicated professional to join the Substance Use Support Team. This role involves working with individuals facing homelessness and substance addiction, providing essential support for their engagement with health services.

The successful candidate will need significant experience in supporting vulnerable populations and must be adaptable, working collaboratively with various housing and health providers. This full-time position is fixed-term until 31st March 2028.
