Our long established Enstone based client are recruiting for temporary Production Operatives to support their busy plastic injection moulding manufacturing site. Working as part of a team across different units within the production, you will have the opportunity to multi‑skill and receive training in all areas of their production operation within an exciting plastic injection moulding industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Working in a plastic injection moulding production environment, assisting in loading the machines with material, making sure they run smoothly, offloading goods, putting away on pallets
• Contributing to the production of high quality products
• Following Health and Safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Skills & Experience

• Previous production experience would be desirable but not essential
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work on own initiative but understanding level of responsibility within the team
• Ability to prioritise work and manage a number of tasks
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Due to a remote location of our client – own transport is essential.
