Customer Service Advisor
Position Details
- Hours: 37 hours per week
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5:30pm; Friday, 9am to 5pm
- Location: On-site The Independent Living Centre, Smethwick, B66 1JE (no hybrid working available)
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor in a contact centre, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience for individuals accessing Adult Social Care services. Your efforts will directly contribute to promoting wellbeing within our local communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and process service requests from customers across multiple channels
- Actively listen and communicate clearly with customers
- Utilise excellent IT skills to navigate various systems and applications
- Deliver a service focused on customer experience and care
Qualifications
- GCSE in English and Maths (or equivalent qualifications); evidence of qualifications, including a Maths GCSE or higher
Requirements
- Self-motivated and organized
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in a busy Contact Centre environment
- A standard DBS check
