Due to internal promotion, a superb opportunity has arisen for a motivated, hard‑working and enthusiastic individual to join this thriving, friendly SME based in Moreton‑in‑Marsh.
Responsibilities – Order Fulfilment
The first side of the position involves managing the company’s fulfilment systems. You will work alongside the Head of Procurement to ensure all systems and processes related to the management of customer orders are executed to a high standard.
- Pull orders from the system
- Handle order errors
- Print assets and create packing lists
- Pack and prepare welcome packs
Responsibilities – Customer Service
The second side of the role is providing excellent customer service. You will develop and maintain first‑class relationships with customers in a natural, nurturing manner, both over the phone and via email, requiring a strong grasp of English language and punctuation.
- Answer emails
- Answer office phone calls
- Be active on various digital channels
- Collaborate with team members to log, discuss, and resolve customer issues
