Location: Byfleet

Salary: £27,105 FTE / £13.90 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-2:00pm (30-minute unpaid lunch)

The Role

Our client is looking for a hands‑on Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator to support our warehouse and distribution operations. You’ll process customer orders, manage stock, prepare shipments, and help keep the warehouse running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and arrange parcel and pallet deliveries.
• Pick, pack, wrap, and prepare goods for dispatch.
• Receive, check, and book in deliveries.
• Maintain accurate stock records and organise warehouse storage.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well organised.
• Support colleagues and assist with day‑to‑day warehouse tasks when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Good organisation and time management skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Confident using computers (Sage 50 experience is an advantage).
• Experience using forklift and hand pallet trucks is beneficial.
• Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
