Support Worker (Full‑time)

Location: Honley, Holmfirth

Pay: £16.81 PAYE (inclusive of holiday pay)

Hours: 48 hours per week – 4 waking nights per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday)

Job Type: Temporary (with possibility to transition to permanent)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care to a male teenager who is non‑verbal, with a brain injury and severe epilepsy.
• Offer personal care and manual handling support within the client’s home.
• Support the client through the night, attending to any arising needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with complex conditions such as brain injury or cerebral palsy.
• Experience with personal care and strong communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence (manual or automatic) and ability to drive to client’s home.
• Flexibility to commit to a 4‑night shift pattern per week.
