Responsibilities
- Prepare personal motor finance payout packs by validating customer ID and documents accurately and within service level targets.
- Conduct various onboarding checks including vehicle HPI, AML, and anti‑fraud checks.
- Complete internal quality checks on completed payout journeys.
- Manage payouts inbox, maintain awareness and adherence to regulatory policies and processes, and escalates all concerns accordingly.
