About this opportunity

The purpose of this role is to operate plant machinery and equipment to maintain and improve performance, and to assist in transforming the business into a provider of net-zero carbon sustainable materials by 2040.

What You Will Be Doing

Operate plant machinery and equipment, maintain machinery, process and transport various materials on site, and assist colleagues and management throughout the day.

About You

We do not require formal qualifications or experience and can teach you everything you need to know. However, we do look for the following qualities:

• Enthusiasm
• Teamwork
• Smiling through all weather conditions
• Getting stuck in and hands on

If you possess these qualities, you will be an excellent Plant Operative. We will then develop your knowledge, skills and expertise on the job, and continue to train you throughout your career.
