About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Children’s Entertainment Coordinator to create a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for VIP children through well‑organised activities and attentive supervision.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children in designated play areas, including the marquee and inflatables, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Plan and organise creative activities and events, such as treasure hunts and performing arts, tailored to different age groups.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of play areas and equipment, reporting any issues promptly.
- Conduct daily safety checks of the inflatables area and arrange for repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Source and purchase items for the marquee and assist in planning its setup each season.
- Provide first aid and take appropriate action in the event of accidents or emergencies.
- Care for and ensure the well‑being of any animals belonging to the client, reporting any concerns to the Office Manager.
- Carry out any additional tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role working with children.
- Current First Aid qualification.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to remain calm and professional in all situations.
- A caring, reliable, and enthusiastic approach.
