The purpose of this position is to ensure products are produced according to quality and hygiene standards, and to guarantee efficient material flow from/to the production floor, in accordance with company standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Follow HSE standards by adhering to safety rules and maintaining order, organisation, and cleanliness in all assigned areas.
- Handle production materials by feeding hoppers and loaders with raw materials or bottles headed for labeling machine lines, and managing post‑production materials.
- Manage finished goods by packing products according to client requests, using appropriate packaging materials (boxes, trays, bags, etc.), stacking, loading, labeling pallets, and handing them over to the warehouse operator.
- Perform cleaning operations by cleaning machines and washing bulks following company standards, coordinating with the machine operator, and under the oversight of the shift supervisor.
- Report and record all machine stoppages in real time and inform the machine operator or shift supervisor of any irregularity.
- Promote effective communication between team members, the manager, and other business functions to drive a high‑performance culture.
