Shift Requirements

This role requires work after midnight and is therefore not suitable for applicants under the age of 18. You must be available to work on weekdays and weekends, with shifts across overnights.

Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will:

• Prepare food, serve on the till, and look after customers’ needs in the dining areas.
• Consistently deliver the highest standards of quality, service and cleanliness in the restaurant.
• Provide friendly, fast and accurate service.
• Complete tasks and activities in line with training, company guidelines and management direction.
• Follow all workplace safety, security and food hygiene procedures.
• Treat all customers and colleagues with courtesy and respect while working as a supportive team member.
• Maintain high energy levels and work efficiently and productively.

We are looking for candidates who:

• Show effective communication skills such as attentive listening, face‑to‑face verbal communication and eye contact.
