Home Delivery Driver – West Midlands

We are hiring Home Delivery Drivers in the West Midlands. Drivers will deliver shopping, connecting directly with customers as the face of Iceland. They should be active, independent, and engaged with people.

Responsibilities

• Follow safe van loading procedures, including heavy lifting and manual handling.
• Adhere to safe driving practices.
• Complete van checks before departure.
• Ensure food arrives to the customer in the best condition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Lend a hand in the store when required.
• Work independently and manage time efficiently.

Qualifications

• Full driving licence held for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Positive, friendly, and passionate about providing a good customer experience.
• Punctual and able to meet deadlines.
• Strong awareness of road safety.

Working Hours

Flexibility to work shifts ranging from 6am to 11pm.

Compensation

Hourly rate: £13.71.
