HLOP Driver or VNA – ASAP

Location: Erdington, BirminghamPay: between £13.71 to £15Hours: Monday to Friday

We are currently recruiting for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our growing team in Central Birmingham.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a VNA Driver:

• Must have a valid VNA licence.
• Safely operate VNA equipment within racking systems.
• Accurately retrieve and relocate stock within tight aisle spaces.
• Support inventory checks and replenishment of stock.
• Follow all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.

As a High-Level Order Picker:

• Operate HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
• Ensure accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in your working area.
• Comply with all warehouse safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).
• In-date, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.
• A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
