We are looking for a technically minded individual who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team, supporting colleagues during busy periods and taking ownership of producing high-quality technical drawings. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Producing technical drawings
- Checking and processing drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and clients
- Reading, interpreting and working from architectural drawings
- Supporting general technical administration as required and contributing ideas in team discussions

Hours are Monday to Friday, with hybrid working available once probation is passed (3 days office / 2 days home), though you’re welcome to be in the office more if you prefer.
What We’re Looking For
If you have experience within construction or architecture, this would be ideal!
Qualifications
- Basic-level CAD experience
- The ability to read and understand architectural drawings
- Excellent spelling, grammar and computer literacy
- A good understanding of construction specifications, survey reports and technical drawings
- A team-oriented approach, strong attention to detail, and a methodical mindset
