This is a unique opportunity to take a strategic lead on a crucial, intervention-based provision. You will act as the vital “bridge” for students who are temporarily struggling within their standard pathways due to complex personal, emotional, or social factors. Your mission will be to maintain their academic progress while delivering intensive, personalised intervention, ultimately facilitating a successful and confident return to their permanent classes.
Working within our specialist setting for students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), you will lead a dedicated team to deliver a trauma-informed curriculum that balances academic standards with therapeutic growth, ensuring every student is given the tools to thrive both academically and personally.
