Student Support Approach

The Role
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
- Help students access learning in ways that suit their individual needs
- Encourage independence, communication, and life skills
- Support emotional regulation and positive behaviour strategies
- Assist with sensory routines and structured transitions
- Provide personal care where required (full training provided)
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support teams
