Trainee Lifeguard

We’re looking for enthusiastic Trainee Lifeguards to join our team! Whether you’re a water lover or just looking for a fun, active job, we’ll train you up with all the skills you need to keep our pools safe and our guests smiling.

Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on swimmers, respond quickly to any incidents, and ensure a safe, fun environment for all.
• Spread the fun by providing excellent customer service and assisting guests with inquiries and concerns.
• Stay alert and respond confidently in any situation.

Qualifications

• Previous lifeguard experience is valued but not essential; training will be provided.
• Friendly and approachable attitude with good communication skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in swimming:
• Jump/dive into deep water.
• Swim 50 meters in less than 60 seconds.
• Swim 100 meters continuously on front and back in deep water.
• Tread water for 30 seconds.
• Surface dive to the floor of the pool.
• Climb out unaided without a ladder or steps where the pool design permits.

This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo and satisfactorily complete an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
