SEMH Teaching Assistant – Small-Group Support & Growth

Springwell Leeds Academy in Leeds is seeking a Scale 2 Teaching Assistant to support learners aged 5-16 with SEMH needs in small, inclusive classrooms. This role will involve leading and supporting academic learning in subjects like Maths and English, as well as helping pupils develop social skills and self-esteem.
