Location: Southam, Warwickshire (free car parking – nice location)
Salary: £32,916-£51,047 per year (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Permanent

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Create a safe, structured and nurturing classroom environment where every child can succeed
- Support pupils’ academic, social and emotional development through personalised learning
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, parents and the wider multidisciplinary team
- Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual EHCP targets
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching in UK primary schools or specialist SEN settings
- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
